現在、ご返信が出来ておりませんでしたお客様にご連絡をさせて頂いておりますが
もし、お問い合わせ頂いたにも関わらず、こちらからの返信が届いていない場合は、

We have discovered a system issue on our website that caused messages sent through the contact form not to be delivered properly. We became aware of the error today.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who may have tried to reach out to us and did not receive a response.

We are currently working to resolve the issue and checking all messages. We will respond as soon as possible.
